She focuses on omni-channel goods and services businesses across industries with a particular focus on market facing C Suite assignments such as CEO, President, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Customer Experience Officer, Chief Commercial Officer etc. Caren’s clients range from entrepreneurial ventures and family owned businesses to publicly traded, Fortune 500 companies.
Before joining Korn Ferry, Caren enjoyed a 15+ year career as a marketing leader, successfully driving customer engagement at companies such as LVMH, Revlon and Nestle, in the US and abroad.
